By placing your order you agree to our terms and conditions of sale. Animation Art Masters is located in Silverton, Oregon, USA.

“Special Order”

Each print is a Limited Edition made by the artist after an order is placed. The Silver Series and the Legacy Series artwork take 7-14 business days to process before your order is ready to ship.  (excluding weekends, and holidays).

Shipping: We only ship to a verified physical address. We also ship to access points. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Cancelation Charges for orders in progress:  Orders will incur a restocking to be determined and a 10% cancelation charge.

Credit card processors charge us a transaction fee and another refund fee when you cancel an order. Example: 1000.00 purchase fee 3-5%, cancel fee 3-5%, final charges 6-10% = charges us 60-100.00. Please, before placing an order be sure of what you want.

Taxes: Sales Tax, Use Tax, and Import Taxes, are paid by the purchaser/recipient. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to remit ALL taxes due to the taxing agency where you reside.

Shipment Refused, returned, or abandoned, you agree to pay 100% of the purchase. No refunds.

Accepted Returns:

Contact us immediately upon receipt of your purchase. If the packaging is damaged, please take pictures and notify the delivery driver immediately. Please email us at: animationartmasters@gmail.com. We will respond quickly and provide instructions on how to proceed so that your art is replaced ASAP. If you would like to speak to Customer service call us at 503-509-4060, or email us and include your phone number, order number, and other helpful information.

Return must be repacked securely in the original box. Repackaging and restocking fees apply. Shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Security and Privacy Policy: Your information is kept for transaction record-keeping purposes. We follow privacy policies, governmental rules, and regulations. Credit card processing services are processed using secure services, which meet all PCI compliance regulations.
